The wine presents with a lovely nose of baking spices and the promise of red fruits, on the palate lots of candied strawberry and plums and just the right amount of acidity. The wine is mouth coating without being cloying or heavy.
Pepper and clove introduce licorice brushed aromas of plum, strawberry, raspberry and citrus that define an astonishingly light body. This is a wine that won’t overpower vegetable or seafood and can also stand up to big game. Serve cool.
With fresh flavors of cherries, plums bramble and cranberry, it’s hip but not funky at all. When serving this wine, treat it almost as you would a white wine. (Give it a little chill, consider serving it with fish!)
This wine is crisp and clean with subtle watermelon flavors, ripe peach, pink flowers and a soft mouth feel. With an alcohol of just 13.0% and plenty of acidity, the wine is easy drinking and very food friendly.

Our Santa Barbara County blend has a varietal nose of tropical fruit and citrus, with just a hint of grass. The palate is pleasantly rich, but balanced by good acidity and a very clean finish.
