Our Camp Four Viognier was pressed and settled before racking into neutral oak barrels for fermentation. Ageing on lees for 5 months added a lush creaminess to the mouthfeel. The wine is silky and bright with classic aromas of perfumed white flowers, and stone and tropical fruit flavors.
