2016 Pape Star - Our versatile take on France’s Châteauneuf-du-Pape is made with Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah and Cinsualt. Custom blended each vintage and aged in neutral oak, this crowd-pleasing wine strikes a perfect balance between bright red fruit, spice and earth. 2016 Sparking Chenin Blanc Jurrasic Park - We started this project in 2013, making just 69 odd cases with the help of sparkling wine star, Michael Cruse, in Petaluma. Since then we have been refining our techniques in our own cellars. Our 2016 bottling, made 100% at our Goleta winery in the true Methode Champenoise, is bone dry, with zero dosage. You’ll find it clean and crisp, though pleasingly complex, with lovely signature Jurassic Park flavors of apricot and quince throughout.
2019 Phoebe 2.0 Press Direct Rose - They call Santa Barbara, where we make our wine, the ‘American Riviera,’ and here’s a lovely rosé that will remind you of the very best Provençal wines too. Made in the classic direct press style, the wine is pale, with delicate floral and berry notes and a clean, silky finish. Utterly refreshing with oysters and all manner of cheese, it also lovely with sushi and even hamburgers. We make this wine as a tribute to our daughter and our great grandmother, both powerhouse personalities named Phoebe.
